This is wdtn.co.uk – the official website of the Wisbech & District Talking Newspaper.

The Wisbech & District Talking Newspaper is a registered charity run for the benefit of the blind, partially sighted and physically disabled residents of Wisbech. The service we offer is an accessibility service, allowing access to the local news and ongoings for those who lack the ability to interact with print media.

In 2014 the Wisbech & District Talking Newspaper took the pioneering step to move away from Tape Cassettes and CD’s and to embrace USB Memory Sticks as a media to deliver our content. This was done at a time when many other Talking Newspaper groups hadn’t yet made the leap from Tape to CD. The USB Memory Stick format allows for a highly reliable and  highly reusable method of delivery, reducing our reliance on single-use plastics.
